All ingredients that we use here in our restaurant are: local. We store our restaurant kitchen the same way we store our home kitchen, with daily deliveries of fresh ingredients that we choose ourselves, on the market every morning.

In addition to our menu items, we also offer daily specials inspired by seasonal ingredients, weather and how we feel. We are always looking for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel around the world (which we acknowledge, we often return) we return our favorite flavors and culinary discoveries.
